Perform or ‘Doing’

‘Doing’ involves carrying out the ‘plan’ that has been made. It requires physical skills as well as cognitive
skills and perseverance.

These 10 questions may help you understand how your child is using ‘doing skills’ for school related tasks.

When answering these questions, think about how your child is most of the time. You might like to do the survey again, answering how they are after a seizure.

Some of these skills are not expected of a very young child so answer how you expect your child to act for their age.

When my child is doing school related activities he / she is able to:

Always (100%)
Frequently (75%)
Often (50%)
Seldom (25%)
Never (0%)
