He has also had the opportunity to successfully lead Crisis Management programs, helping businesses recover from problems, whether it be in Supply Chain, Sales or IT. Throughout his career Jeff has been recognised as a leading communicator and facilitator, he enjoys the opportunity to lead workshops, helping teams develop strategies and initiatives that help their businesses grow. As a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Jeff brings a desire to help EAA grow and thrive through application of Risk Management and Governance.
Jeff’s son Jake (Born 2000) has a significant intellectual disability and was diagnosed with Epilepsy – Absence Seizures in 2022, so he and wife Jane and daughter Emma, have recent experience dealing with a diagnosis. Jeff’s family are very connected to the National Disability Insurance Support scheme and other support mechanisms and are passionate about helping people navigate their journey through it.
