As seizures are unpredictable, people with epilepsy may not always know when they may happen, making them potentially dangerous. Because ten percent of people will have a seizure at some point in their life it is helpful to know how you can help if you see someone having a seizure:
The person may have a medical ID bracelet, care plan or emergency contact details on them. If safe to do so, check to see if they have this information.
