Grant of Licence by User to Epilepsy Action Australia
a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, irrevocable, unrestricted, worldwide licence to:
- use, copy, sublicense, redistribute, reproduce, adapt, transmit, publish and/or broadcast, publicly perform or display the information or material; and
- sublicense to any third party the unrestricted right to exercise any of the rights outlined in sub-paragraph (i) above; and

EAA follows the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act in handling personal information from clients/beneficiaries, business partners, donors, members of the public and EAA People (including members, volunteers, employees, delegates, candidates for volunteer work and prospective employees).
