Carol Ireland - Chief Executive Officer
Carol´s extensive background in the not-for-profit human services sector has included chief operations and general management roles with responsibility for client services, revenue generation, branding, marketing, research and communications. Previously Carol was General Manager, Marketing at Vision Australia Ltd and Director Operations for Royal Blind Society.

Greg Laws - General Manager, Corporate Services
Greg previously held positions as Head of Corporate Services with Gateway Credit Union. He also filled senior corporate service roles with the NSW Farmers´ Association, NSW State Forest and the Commonwealth Bank.

Gillian Gardner - Business Development Manager
For 20 years Gillian has worked in a number of medium and large not-for-profit organisations in a range of management positions. Her responsibilities have included services and relationship marketing, strategic development, major funding relationships, communications, promotions, sponsorship and events.

Vic Zacharias - Funding Development Manager
Vic is a member of the Fundraising Institute of Australia, NSW Chapter, Executive Committee. His responsibilities have included management of direct mail campaigns, lotteries, donor development and acquisition activities, regular giving, major gifts and bequest development, plus submission-based fundraising.
