A Message from Tony Greig

As an international cricketer I’ve met many people most of us consider heroes Sir Donald Bradman, Nelson Mandela, Keith Miller, Dawn Fraser and Jack Nicklaus to name just a few.

As a person living with epilepsy, I’ve also met everyday heroes. They are the inspirational mums, dads, doctors, nurses, teachers and friends who help children and adults with epilepsy to live confidently, despite seizures.

By choosing to leave a gift to Epilepsy Action in your will you too become an Action Hero and join these extraordinary people in a support group that desperately needs more recruits!

Epilepsy can seriously affect every area of a person’s life, from their work, relationships, recreation, financial prospects to physical and mental health. The result can be a sense of losing independence and control. This often creates a ripple effect impacting on family and others.

Thanks to generous community support, Epilepsy Action, Australia can help through education and support services delivered nationally, assisting thousands of adults and children in need.

I hope you decide to join our Action Heroes by remembering Epilepsy Action in your Will. Your bequest would continue making a difference long beyond your lifetime.

Will you be our next Action Hero?

Tony Greig
International Cricketer & Commentator
